Also known as BJJ, this is a grappling art that focuses on ground fighting. A combination of techniques with an emphasis on fundamentals is utilized to empower students physically and mentally. BJJ is designed for all sizes, genders, and ages to be successful.

THE "SWEET SCIENCE"

Boxing

You will learn proper stance, how to wrap your hands, and basic strikes. We focus on footwork, bag and pad work, and beginner to advanced boxing skills. For those students who are looking to take it further, we have our Strong Style MMA and Old School Boxing competition teams for amateur and pro athletes.
