STRONG STYLE MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

This is a multi-level system in Mixed Martial Arts for ALL experience levels. Whether you are an aspiring Mixed Martial Artist or want to learn the techniques that have built multiple world champions, this program is for you. You will learn all aspects of martial arts and will develop into a well-rounded combat sport athlete.

STRIKING, WRESTLING, AND SUBMISSION

Learn Techniques

We have developed a curriculum from the most basic to advanced techniques used in professional MMA. In the first few levels, you will learn 6-8 combinations that you will master within 12-18 months of training.

DEVELOPING A STRONG FOUNDATION

Gain Strength

Our unconventional approach to strength training has set us apart from the rest. We use various tools and bodyweight movements to give you the strength you need to conquer your mind, body and opponent.

Conditioning

Good conditioning is paramount for any MMA athlete. From running the hills, to biking and jumping rope, we will use all the tools to get your heart rate up, shed that body fat and turn you into an elite Mixed Martial Artist.

Professional MMA

MMA Fight Team

We have a team of over 20 amateur and professional MMA fighters who compete locally and on the highest levels. If your goal is to compete, you must have around 12 months of experience in our MMA program pass a “tryout” with our Head Coaches.
