YOUTH MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
Our Youth MMA program is based on the major disciplines of Martial Arts. This is a multi-level system that will start students from zero knowledge and experience, to a curriculum that has built some of the world’s toughest Mixed Martial Artists and competitors in other combat sports. Our students will learn beginner to advanced techniques in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and more!
Students will also get introduced to various strength and conditioning techniques in our Athletic classes.

LEARN, GROW, AND ACHIEVE

LEARN HOW TO STAY IN SHAPE
Athletics
Beginner to advanced bodyweight exercises, balls, bands, weights and more. We use various tools to help students become elite athletes. Students can do this program by itself or along with our various martial arts classes.
LEARN TAKEDOWNs, HOLDS, and pins
Wrestling
This program is great for students who want to learn one of the most competitive youth sports in the world. This is also for the wrestler who wants to keep their skills sharp throughout the year and in the off-season.
Wrestling helps in Personal Growth & Development, Self-Confidence, Discipline, Mental Toughness, Sportsmanship, and Competitiveness.


LEARN GROUND CONTROL
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the greatest disciplines for self-defense. Students will learn various throws, takedowns and submissions. Though you are never required to compete, this is an amazing competitive sport that will build strength, confidence and discipline. You have the option to learn this discipline in our program or compete with our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition team. Our team competes in various tournaments throughout the year.
The Fine Art
Youth Boxing
Students will learn proper stance, basic offensive and defensive techniques, how to wrap their hands, and more. You will also go through various conditioning exercises to get your body in peak physical shape. Students will also be taught more advanced techniques through consistency in this program.


LEARN INDIVIDUAL GROWTH AND DISCIPLINE
Little Leaders
Our Little Leaders program is an introduction to Martial Arts and organized physical activities. We use Martial Arts as a tool to help kids learn how to follow directions, get along with others, build confidence, and learn respect. We will prepare them for the next level of training at Strong Style.
